Well... Where do I start!! My husband and I were looking forward to our weeks break at the beginning of October. Arrived at the hotel only to be greeted by strange looks and an unwelcoming atmosphere. Booked Aparthotel Rosella a few weeks before arriving through a travel agent. Led to believe, through lowcostbeds.com, that this was a 4 star hotel, however, not up to 4 star standard. The hotel is older than some other hotels in Cala Millor and this is apparent in areas. Apartments are spacious but quite basic, the bathroom definitely needed a refurbishment.... more
The aparthotel Rossella is situated in a fairly non descript area between the two modern resorts of Cala Millor and Sa Bona. Whilst ongoing building in the area is apparent there was no work being carried on in August and no building sites in the immediate area of the hotel.
