We booked our hols two weeks before our departure. We Not looking for a cheap deal, we told Sunway's Karen, as long AS IT WAS ON THE BEACH, that is all we wanted and clean. We even had no destination in particular in mind, we were open. We also said we did not mind about the cost. she suggested Alcudia.

Before we even left for our hols, the company changed our accommodation, twice, saying overbooking. Then they moved us back to the origional place, Lago Park.

On arrival, we were shown to our room, which was nothing like in the brochure. No doors from bedroom to a balcony as in brochure. Balcony was from living room. No airy room the bedroom, smelly and damp/musty. We had a look and walked out. The beach was across three main roads. ( I have bad knee and cannot walk well, which we told them when booking)

We called SUNWAY HOLIDAYS in Dublin, three times before they closed for their half day, they said they would get back to Us , but left us... more
