On arrival room had a shower over the bath which was not suitable. Would like to go again but have been informed that this hotel do not guarantee shower type even to customers with a disability. Any advice on who to book with to guarantee shower type?

We went for a friend's 50th, seven women last week of September. Weather was perfect. Rooms are very nice. Swimming pool is small and we could not get sunbeds, so we went to the beach daily, watercis clear, just few minutes up the walk way, sunbed and parasol for about £8-9 per day. Lots of restaurants, shops nearby. Across is where you can go on a boat ride. Restaurant opposite the hotel tucked away facing the sea is amazing. Loaded chips and sangria were best ever. Food at the hotel is great, all options available. Staff are very nice. Big thank you to Ivan, who was extremely nice and so were all the other staff. I emailed Ivan a head of going and he was very accommodating. Daily evening entertainment in the hotel and some days outside to the left of the hotel too. At this time of the year there were mature adults, didn't see any clubs. Walking and cycling paths all by the sea, flat land, not hilly. Shared coach transfers were long, from landing to hotel was 2hrs, we were last to be dropped off. Going back was 1 hour. If you want to relax and enjoy, this is the place.

We hadn’t been abroad since before lockdown,so felt this trip was really welcoming. The hotel position was lovely over looking the harbour. It was good having half board,as we didn’t have to search for meals to eat in the evenings, but could try lighter meals in the local restaurants at lunchtime. It wasn’t possible to get the shuttle direct to the hotel as the road outside was very narrow, but we were dropped off very close,so that was not a problem. Food, staff hotel etc very good. Only slight problem, as we had to leave in the morning before the restaurant opened,we had not been told we had to book a take away breakfast the day before,so nothing set up for us. Fortunately,we managed to not leave until the restaurant just opened and then to quickly pick up something to eat on the way to the airport. We had the same problem on arrival, after the restaurant had closed, but this was realised and there was a cold supper laid out for when we arrived ,which was fine.

This has to be the worst hotel i have stayed in over 40 years of holidays. It is not a hotel it is a dirty old hostel and even that it being kind. Pool area was in poor condition, dirty sun beds and could do with a good clean. The first room I was allocated was dirty. The second one was cleaner but we ended up with a view of next door garden instead of pool. Food was little more than slop, under cooked not presented hot enough to eat. Obviously end of season so using up what they had if freezer. As my week went on the food got less and less. They even ran out of butter, I do not mind old hotels as long as they are clean but this was not clean. I was allocated the wrong room on arrival but the hotel and jet 2 insisted it was what I requested. I am still waiting on an Jet 2 explaining what happened. The next stage in this review asks for a review title s@* hole is what I would like to put but assume that will stop it getting posted. Avoid like the plague

We travelled as 3 women in our 20's and the area was amazing. Did not feel at risk once and thoroughly enjoyed the food and drinks options within the harbour area. Good - - Amazing area with lots of walking or cycling opportunities with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops along the way to Cala Millor. - Upgraded our room to sea view upon arrival without asking and had toiletries available if required. - Brilliant bar staff and great pool bar service. - Some nice food offerings like fresh waffles and omelettes at breakfast. - Liked how there was a small book stand near pool in case you wanted something to read. - Surrounding bars offer brilliant entertainment and service. Bad - - Only offered 3 nights of entertainment as it was 'end of season'. Pretty poor excuse when guests are still paying. - Food is pretty awful, cold, and nothing is labelled. My friend who is vegetarian almost ate calamari believing it was an onion ring. There's also no signs for allergy risks or dietary requirements, such as gluten free. - Ended up eating elsewhere for 2 nights. - Cramped pool area which I didn't see cleaned once in our stay. - No drawers in the rooms for small clothing items. Overall ok but needs a lot of TLC. If you can afford to eat elsewhere every night the I would request doing bed and breakfast.

The room was very poor, wardrobe door broke, patio door wouldn’t lock, they attached a door chain to the wall which you could pull out Entertainment poor, most of the residents went to other hotels for their evening entertainment

Just returned after 7 day stay, we had a lovely sea view room on 3rd floor overlooking the harbour. Very comfy bed and pillows. Nice shower room with shampoo etc. I agree with the last review regarding the upcoming closure of the hotel for winter break everything was easing down food wasnt replenished, they even ran out of butter. The restaurant wasnt very inviting, they never once opened the blinds so you couldnt sit and look at the lovely view which was a shame as they did have outside tables but you were not allowed to use them. The entertainment was also a bit hit and miss in the evenings they never really informed you what was on. The hotel needs some modernisation and definitely new sun beds or at least clean ones!! Overall we did have a nice stay but would say its really only 3 star. Hopefully they will do some updating over the winter because they have a great position and it could be fantastic with better management

Don’t go to this hotel near to the end of the season as some of the staff and levels of service will be well below what you would expect which should be provided. It was very obvious that some members of management were closing the hotel down with paying guests still there.
