Hi, I've just come back from this hotel and I must say it ticks most of my boxes. What a difference it makes to stay at an hotel and not have to suffer the trials and tantrums of children. I have grand children so I know the score and I'm not anti-kids, but I need a break now and then.... more

Spent a week here recently. It was advertised as Cala D'or but in fact its a 40 minute walk to there. Cala Egos where in fact the hotel is, is nice enough but small and once you've been round it there isnt a lot more to see. The food at this hotel was outstanding - there was nothing they didnt... more

The Rocamarina lives up to its description. Spotlessly clean, well furnished, well decorated. It is situated in a lovely position with good pool and beach minutes away with a gentle walk through the tennis courts owned by the hotel. The food was fantastic, both my wife and I have wheat/gluten allergies but had no trouble at all. There is such... more

We booked this hotel from the Thomson Gold brochure, then looked on Trip Adviser and were somewhat worried by the occasional less than complimentary review on here. I'm the original faddy eater! Having now been, all worries are dispelled. The hotel is cleanliness itself with all areas spotless and cleaned daily. The service from the staff is excellent - they... more

Although the location of the hotel is a bit isolated our week there was good. The hotel is nice and clean but we did have issues with the food - rarely was the food hot, usually luke warm and very bland. There were only a couple of dishes in the whole week that I would consider appetising. The staff were... more

We had a very enjoyable weeks holiday. The hotel is spotlessly clean apart from the swimming pool which could have benefited from a daily clean. We didn't have any trouble getting sunbeds but it was a little cramped. The food was lovely and plentiful although I do agree that it would have been nice to have some water available without... more

Booked this via Thomson. Had a request for it to be wheelchair friendly because my wife had a problem with her knee at the time. Its totally not wheelchair friendly. Steps up to reception, steps down to the pool. Yes the Thomson rep helped with the wheelchair but he grabbed it by the wheel and tipped my wife back on... more

Just back. Good food, good location, spotlessly clean. So, why a score of only 2? Simple. We couldn't get sun-beds, not unless you get up same time as you do at home to go to work (not on holiday please!) to then queue until the pool/garden areas are open to put your towels onto couple sun beds. Local management have... more
