Booked this via Thomson. Had a request for it to be wheelchair friendly because my wife had a problem with her knee at the time. Its totally not wheelchair friendly. I have just returned from this hotel, how it can be a gold i have no idea....more like golden oldies....the social would have a ball here, all old people queing for sunbeds with walking sticks then as soon as the pool is opened they are running down the steps...sad or what!!!
