Due to fly out Tuesday 27th May with wife and two kids. Thomas Cook rang Saturday 24th12 noon. Holiday cancelled as apartments not finished (had been closed for refurbishment). So with just 3 days notice we lost our holiday. Surely they must have seen this coming? more

I've decided to write this review after reading so many bad ones. I went to this hotel in July 07, with my partner and two children aged 11 and 6. We all had a lovely time. The transfer was over an hour, but it wasn't awful, the coach was comfortable and air conditioned so we just sat back and relaxed.... more

Just returnned from a brilliant week at the Puerto Del Sol 16th - 23rd October. For a 3 * hotel it was fab. We paid £850 for family of 4 and couldn't fault it. The reception staff were lovely and very very helpful, spoke really good english. The pools were of a good size but quite cold. Food was fine... more

We stayed at this hotel in 2004, when it was self catering and half board. We had half board then and were pleased with the food and facilities, and the area was great for us as a young couple. Now in 2007 with a 7 month old baby we thought we'd return to the hotel as we really liked it... more

Just come back from Club Puerto Hell Hole after 14 days (what a nightmare). Would not recommend this place to an animal. The food was fine if you liked chips, salad, carrots, fish or angel delight, because that was all that was edable everything else was dried up or left over from the meal time before.
