I returned yesterday from Palma de Mallorca, of Hotel Riu Tropicana, and my desire was to go there again today! Frankly, the reviews I saw on the net scared me a little, I think that considering the Riu Tropicana "terrible" is absurd. On arrival we were allocated a room that was a bit of a walk so the staff were more than happy to upgrade us to a room nearer the facilities ( pool, reception, restaurant etc) and generally don't have a bad word to say about the place.... more
