WOW,what a hotel.just returned after a 2 week stay and still cant understand how it is only rated a 3*.Everything about it is top class,from reception through cleaners,room,pools,and especially the resteraunt.You have to experience it to realise how good it is.It is a 3 min walk to the beach,you have several bars and shops outside of the hotel,and just a 5 min stroll to the main strip.Familys with young children,2 places which are a MUST are western waterpark (15 min stroll) and marineland,jump on the local Palma bus outside hotel,it costs £1.75 euro.if you pick a leaflet up from an excursion shop it has 5 euro per person off vouchers in it,then pay at gate,its cheaper than going as excursion,marineland is 17 euro with voucher.The entertainment team work so hard at the hotel and i must mentin "Sonia" who is amazing with the children,and always has a smile on her face.I now know why the guadalupe is rated no1 on trip advisor.I will not hesitate in booking there again should... more
