We stayed in the week of 2-9 Oct 2007. Arrived to be greeted with a glass of champagne each. We were then taken to a lovely air conditioned room with comfortable bed, satellite tv and nice view over the bay. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay from the 8th-18th Sept. Only gripe was the food which was only average. And crossed swords with an over- zealous manager called Dolores Sayago who actually tried very had to the point of agressivness to get us to change our supposedly confidential assessment of the restaurant from good to excellent in their questionnaire. I would not recommend this hotel. In Illetas you will find much better place to stay for 70-80% of the price (I stayed in Illetas several times before).
