“NEVER AGAIN!”

We booked this holiday on a late deal, tried looking on the net to see what it was like but couldn't find much & decided to go with the flow. Hotel La Calma should only be a 2 star in my opinion. Upon arrival we had to wait 10 minutes to be even seen at the reception desk even though... more

very disapointed with this hotel,as it is mainly sold by a french company called FRAM, to the french,you are greeted by the spanish staff i.e receptionist. waiters in the french language,the waiters were especially rude and unhelpful,as soon as they new we were english they just kept their distance,the HEAD WAITER just stared and gave funny looks at us everytime... more

We have just got back from a week's holiday staying in Calma Hotel. The hotel is owned by FRAM and is a French hotel. We were given no help or information during our stay and the staff speak French and Spanish and very little English. All leaflets, entertainment and notices are in French so we felt quite lost. The La Calma was not more Spanish , but sold to Fracom , a France concern. It just heropened when we got there. Many France guest so the food [ buffet ] was very good. And me , being a chef in Holland , i know about that. Allso on the boulevard Le Blu had very good snacks and CruzCampo... more
