The hotel is advertised as 4*, it is no more than 3*. This review would have been diffrerent if we were in the year 1989.... it looks old from the outside and the rooms look old from the inside... on the good side the staff at the hotel were friendly and could not be more helpfull in which all of them are a credit to the Sol hotel chain and my gratitude... more

just returned today after 3 days food ok but nothing special hotel staff beeen there forever i think rooms spotless entertainment still in the 70s hope they do it up during winter time more

The hotel was a shambles, they have dropped there standards completly as we have stayed here before. The food was under cooked and as my mum has celiac disease (gluten-free), we specified this to the hotel staff every day and unfortunetly she became ill and they never even apoligised. more

Magaluf is not a place to recommend to your Vicar unless he wants to research a latter day Sodom and Gemorrah. A bit far away from magalufs nightlife. Thin walls, woke up every night :((( then neighbours got back from bars (04:00 - 06:00). Breakfest good, dinner ok.
