The room was small and dirty (bathroom curtain was smeared in something nasty). Air-condition doesn't work and we can't leave balcony door open during the night, because one elderly couple were burglarized. The water in the jacuzzi was cold. The breakfast was flat.

Just returned from second stay in this hotel. We basically knew the place would be a cheap week in the sun for us to have a laugh, having stayed there 2 years earlier. Firstly the hotel is on the edge of the strip and it's pretty clear before you book so don't book if it's not a location you want. The beach is literally down some steps from the hotel, ideal! This was my first stay in the flamboyan caribe and it was fantastic. I honestly have no complaints....the rooms were cleaned everyday by friendly maids who even folded our pj's and put them under our pillows lol.
