Seriously i really dont understand how it could have good reviews... ! so exspensive for the most basic and most unhygeinic place ... swimming pool was full off mould ! rooms for 4 people only had two beds ,, staff were rude and couldnt speak english ,, even charged 100 euros for a plastic cover of a lamp tht accidently... more

we stayed at the torrenova in june and realy thought the hotel was great.rooms were lovely cleaned every day except sunday.staff were great.only problem was cardiac hill but you get used to it.would go back without a doubt. more

I had stayed at this hotel once before in 2004, and still had good memories of the views it affords across Magaluf bay. The rooms seem to have been slightly upgraded since I was last here, and whilst basic were kept quite clean.
