We have just come back from staying at the Inter Waikiki Apartments in 'Palma Nova'. Actually these apartments are practically in Magalluf so if, like us, you have a young family, please be prepared for constant noise at night and loads of young singles. Rooms are very basic but the pool area is nice and the apartments are really close to the beach which is a beautiful, sandy beach. The actual resort is fab for children because there's so much to do (if you venture further into Palma Nova) and the beach area is really lovely. Our only gripe was with the apartments really because every night for a week we were woken by our neighbours who shouted, screamed, slammed doors etc which was pretty annoying. That said, in despair having been kept awake for 2 hours we complained to Reception one night and the problem was swiftly dealt with. In conclusion these apartments aren't really suited to families due to the constant disturbance at night but then again, their location is misleading... more
