We had read previous reviews which generally seemed to rate this hotel as mediocre at best with many negative comments about its mainly German guests. The hotel is fine, if a little 'tired'. The two female reception staff and one German blonde female bar tender (Sarah) were the only friendly members of staff. I found all the others surly and unhelpful. They spoke little if any English, and just 'barked' comments when we tried to ask for help, in-fact the restaurant staff were the worst... more

We have just returned from a very enjoyable 12 day stay (half board) at Sunna Park. The hotel is in a superb location - only a short walk to the shops and the gorgeous sandy beach, yet quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. Just returned from an all-inclusive break at the Sunna Park. As the UK travel company FlyGlobespan now offers this hotel we felt it would help future British travellers thinking of booking here. Reviews in English seem to be pretty thin on the ground. Our stay did not get off to the best of starts when we were told on arrival... more

This hotel is a little bit old and really not a 4 star hotel, but the rooms are ok and the food too. The big problem arises if you are a smoker, because you are not allowed to smoke in your room ( use balcony) , nor in the hotel entrance, nor the hotel Bar, nor at the swimming pool,... more

We went here for an all-inclusive tour. The location is great--100 m from a fairly decent beach. The area is clean and safe and there are plenty of stores, restaurants, rental car agencies, and the like within seconds of the parking lot.
