Calla Gran Calla d'or. If you are thinking of staying at the above, think again. Just returned, food awful had to go out most nights and mornings for meals. Service was very poor especially if you are unlucky to find the miserable woman behind the reception desk, every time we asked her for something, she replied, come back tomorrow etc.... more

We stayed (wife,10 year old daughter)at the Cala Gran apts August 2008 for two weeks. The accomodation was given as 3star. I suppose everything depends on your own standards. The apartments are part of a large complex which includes a hotel so you have access to a wider range of facilities than just the apartments. Our two bedroom apartment was large (apart from the second bathroom but it was advertised as only one bathroom) and adequately if somewhat basically furnished. Read previous reviews about travellers being disappointed with accommodation. My husband and I both 50 found the apartments to be very comfortable and near to the beach and centre of Cala Dor.
