Stayed at the Riu Oliva for a fortnight in May 08 as a family of 4 with a toddler and 11 month old. The holiday was booked through Cosmos who offered by far the best deal. On arrival the check-in process went smoothly and we were allocated an apartment in the annex which is across the road from the main... more

Had a really goood holiday staying at riu oliva beach hotel fuerteventura. Food was excellent, service was excellent, staff were happy to serve you. The only thing that got annoying was the amount of towels that were left for what seemed hours at a time in the morning preventing anyone from lying on a sun lounger....they were everywhere! It took... more

My wife and I stayed 26/4-3/5 2008 and had a great time from the moment we arrived until we unfortunately had to leave to come home. The reception staff where very helpful and booking in was a pleasure, Its a big complex, over 800 rooms in total, so the bell boy service for taking our cases to our 3 floor... more

We are a family of 4 who stayed at the Riu Olivia Beach hotel from 9-16 April 2008. I read other reviews before we went and found some of the advice very useful. Accommodation - we knew before we went that we would be allocated an apartment in the annexe. We have stayed here before self catering so requested a... more

Stayed at the Riu from 21 - 29 March, party of 5 (4 adults and 1 child age 10). We were allocated two big rooms in the Annexe with bedroom upstairs. Check in was quick and reception team very helpful. The food was excellent, plenty of choice with show cooking on some evenings to add some variety. The restaurant in... more

We have just returned from a week at this hotel (Mar 2008) I must say the hotel is very impressive. I have never known cleanliness like it. It is all inclusive and the food was cooked to perfection and such a choice changed daily. There are 2 main restaurants which you just turn up too or you could book the... more

We visited Oliva beach hotel from 15th-22nd march and had a fantastic holiday. Location on the 'white sand desert' was amazing, facilities brilliant and cleanliness faultless. We took our young toddler and there was plenty of choice in the all inclusive food to feed him. The staff even provided warm milk for his evening bottle! We also took him to... more

We booked this hotel 2 weeks before leaving due to an balls up on the part of Thomas Cook & Royalties Gold (never gonna deal with them again"!) It was for a group of 8 people, 2 of which were aged 1 and 4! We booked 3 suites in the annex area of the hotel, which was great as we... more

We stayed at Olivia Beach Resort from the 27th Feb - 5th March 08 in an apartment overlooking the pool in the annex. We have been very happy at the quality of the food, the cleanliness and the friendly reception staff. Nothing was too much trouble. What made our holiday special was the wonderful mini club. The children (3yrs and... more

My husband and I booked this hotel for one week after Christmas. We enjoyed the holiday and the weather was perfect all week. The hotel was good but not up to usual Riu hotel standards. We had been to the Hotel Funama in Cape Verde in September (which was excellent) and there was no comparison whatsoever with this hotel which... more
