Well, I was expected something cold, business like facilities. I have found cozy hotel with 2 outstanding restaurants (local people come here!) and with fantastic location on the main Ponferrada square. Rooms are small but good enough, service is excellent and staff speaks English (!). Rooms are clean. Hotel is stylish but not too fancy what is probably good choice. Everything in right balance. Garage (watched) is charge pretty cheap - 7€ per day. amazing area for small trips around. Recommendation! more
