Located right across the street from the railway station, it could not be more convenient. Charming, CLEAN, quite lovely.

Rooms can be smallish, but spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, linens, towels, and small television with 15 or so channels (1 in English, CNN news) and phone. Rooms on the higher floors have some views; many rooms face the railway station while a few rooms face the adjoining building - in both cases, no views to speak of. Some rooms feature a terrace, however useful that is in winter, is up to what your needs are. No elevator, so you will have to haul your luggage up two or three flights of steps. Micro-gym with two or three pieces of equipment, not much to speak of. The rooms are quiet! Smaller rooms have small bathrooms, ample hot water. A few of the larger rooms are relatively spacious. Some rooms share a terrace. Rooms are heated by radiant hot water heaters on wall.
