Enjoyed an excellent anniversary meal at the place we got married. Food was tremendous & we enjoyed re-living the happy day 5 years ago....If you haven't visited here before make sure it goes to the top of your list

We stayed here overnight for our sons wedding. Room was large, clean and comfortable with a huge bed. all we needed and more for a comfortable nights stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was plentiful and tasty. would return here if staying in area again...recommended

Excellent value for money in very comfortable surroundings. Meal quality always reliable. it's an excellent venue for meetings as well as dining and gives the chance to combine work with relaxation. The range of drinks available is good.

We have just been to The Barns and had a fantastic meal again. We held our wedding reception here and cannot fault this place on anything. The staff always make us feel welcome and the atmosphere is always friendly and relaxed. The meals are excellent and value for money. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Had dinner here with another couple. The menu reads really well but the food when it came was bland and completely lacked seasoning. My wife had steak (tough) and I had a beef in Guinness stew (tasteless). We swapped food half way through and both added plenty of salt and pepper but it didnt make much difference. Beer was good... Stayed here for a wedding reception and was good value for money. The rooms are clean, quiet and functional, comfy bed and decent shower. We ate in the bar - great menu, lovely food Breakfast couldn't be faulted either Highly recommended

Have just returned from a one night stay while visiting relations. As always the service was excellent and the rooms clean and functional , certainly a step up from Premier Inns with a more friendly service.
