“Very Unprofessional.”

Arrival was fine, room was fine, although a leaky tap. Rooms were nothing special. We booked breakfast, arrived for breakfast with no one in sight! Turns out breakfast wasn't included... Had to go to xscape for breakfast. Would not stay here again!

Don't know what the bad reviews are on about, the place is clean, the food is good and the staff and management can't do enough for you. Staying here on business at the moment...been here for 3 weeks...got another 4 to do and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.
