I have been staying at this B&B on and off since 2005-staying 9 months in 2005-on and off in itself,
and keep coming back-it is home from home--
It is convienient located for Ilford mainline station literally 5 minutes walk round the corner
and only 17 minutes from London Liverpool St rail station.
Good parking facilities outside the B&B space for 4 cars and additional parking on street.
The B&B is welcoming, the proprietors are excellent and go the extra mile on everything
whether its a breakfast at a specific time,an early morning knock on the door to ensure you haven't overlaid,an extra bath towel or just another extra pillow-everything is provided.
When I left my clothing over a weekend to store till returning the week after I returned
to the suit on a hanger on the wardrobe door,the trousers laid on the bed,my bags in the room and even a coffee mug I'd used the week before rather than a cup left on the desk.
