ideal for central london via the tube. and that is my last positive comment. we stayed for 5 nights and had little sleep for 3 due to street activity. breakfast was hit and miss. too few staff meant that at least 3 to 4 breakfast items were missing at any one time. the front desk staff were uninterested and unhelpful... more

We originally booked a complete dump in Illford, but within the hour of arriving, decided to try to find an alternative accomodation. Originally we tried to cancel the reservation but it was not possible. So decided to stay. However they could only give us a twin room instead of a double room as booked.
