Stayed on a Thursday which coincided with the curry night- great curry. Beer was good too and the pub is listed in the Good Beer Guide. Nice to stay at a Lodge adjacent to such a good pub. more

Great location, I chose to stay at the Wilmslow Lodge as it is only a few miles from the M56, and sitauted near Wilmslow train station so I was able to avoid driving/parking in Manchester City Centre for my business meeting. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, and the room was of a good size, comfortable... more

Its so nice to find such a lovely hotel for such a good price. The rooms were more than adequate extremely clean and comfortable and breakfast was way above average. Its so nice to have such a lovely pub next to the lodge and the staff were very efficient and friendly. I would really recommend it. more

I live in Wilmslow and regularly book visitors in here. We get consistently good feedback. The location right in the town centre is always appreciated. The rooms are a good size and have king size beds and, unusually for a lodge, air conditioning. The pub as very good, particularly in winter when the real fire is roaring and the food's... more

The Wilmslow Lodge is very convienient for Manchester Airport as we stayed there the night before our flight. We found the staff to be very helpful & friendly. Our room was very clean & we couldn't hear any noise from The Coach & Four Pub next door, where we had a great meal the night before our flight. more

after reading the reviews on here i was a bit worried about our stay(my wife booked it), but it was fab, the room was clean , spacious and really comfortable, i knew the style was a budget lodge, but there was a receptionist when we booked in, and if we needed anything we just went to the restaurant next door.... more

I booked the Wilmslow Lodge on behalf of a family member. When I booked I told them I was booking for the other person and they asked me for a credit card number to secure the booking which was my credit card. I said that the family member would pay when they checked out and they said they only needed... more

I find your comments to be untrue, you made the booking for your relative in your name and failed to inform the gentleman of this, When he arrived to check in we told him we had not got a booking in his name, he asked if we had rooms available , we had and the gentleman checked in and for...

The Lodge itself is a fairly average building with no outstanding features but is in fair decorative order for a 3 star. The free internet is just about useable. It is extremely slow and disconnects you every few minutes making things like Skype impossible to use and sending/receiving emails infuriating. Add to that the fact that none of us could... more

We booked (by telephone) two rooms for two nights and when we arrived were told they had no booking for us. But they did have rooms, so we stayed and paid by credit card. When our credit card bill arrived, weeks later, we found they had charged us an extra night (for two rooms) for the night BEFORE we arrived.... more

Stayed here as last resort for the oasis gig @ heaton park, i wont be back, i know its budget but not a patch on competition, took 45 mins to check in as i could not find staff, so i was stressed and the dissapointment of the room and facilities just made me feel even worse. i don't usually write... more
