I had one night here after finding this place on laterooms. The location was right for my meetings and the price of £70 b&b was within budget. The house was built in 1905 although it looks older, but has been decorated within in the modern boutique style; not my personal taste, but clean and tidy enough. Comfy double bed, quiet room , nice garden views and no traffic noise, even though you can see the road from the bedroom. BUT the food! A terrific choice and £10 for two courses, beats anywhere I have stayed on business over the last 20 years!! Give it a try, rooms will do but the food makes it a real find. more
