The staff we found to be very helpful in answering questions we had. The room was quite large and just what we wanted. The breakfast was good although a little expensive and there was no vegetarian alternative for the cooked part of the breakfast.

Great Location,staff fantastic especially if Ricky is on duty this guy has a minefield of information,a real company character Rooms spotless as usual . good car parking plenty of space. Minutes from Romford Dagenham .

This is the first time that I had used Premier Inn, booking was very straightforward on the website. Clean comfortable Premier Inn, very much what I would expect. Breakfac=st wasnt available until 7am, bit late for me. Moby Dick restaurant menu was a bit limited. Book early to get best prices.

Stayed here as was visiting relatives in the area. Have previously stayed at Romford Central which is more modern. The parking was better here as was service, but the rooms desperately need an update! Had a good night's sleep and was ideally located for visiting relatives. Avoided restaurant due to other reviews!
