Hotel closed on arrival in pouring rain, at agreed time. No shelter avialable. No response to knocking. Phoned from the doorstep and told rooms double booked. No apology, no offer of help. Nobody even came to the door. I would not advise anybody to use this hotel in any circumstances. more
