I dont know where to start from. Staff at reception could no speak proper English, when asked about breakfast they had to call someone on the phone for help. Room not very clean, shower mouldy. I will never go there again, not even for free. more

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! It was more like a doss house than a hotel. When we arrived there were drunken guests falling up the stairs- the police came and took them away. Booked a staff member to stay here on business. Upon arrival reception was very unhelpful and grouchy. When guest went to bed the sheets and bed had bugs in them. Guest complained but Manager did not seem to care. They already had our £200 for the two nights so I am sure they did not care!!!!!! No refund or appologies.... more
