Stayed here september 08 after our previous holiday got cancelled as the airline went down. Was absolutley gorgeous, couldnt fault, room had a gorgeous view and food was always lovely and plenty of choice! So glad my other holiday got cancelled and we ended up here! Will definately be returning :) more
My wife and I return in June 2010. There are eight of us returning to the hotel. It will be interesting to see what changes have been made due to the refurbishment programme from April to November 2009. Please remember that Cuba is not a rich country. I get fed up reading about the moans and groans of some tourists.... more
We visteded this 2 years ago. Room was damp & mouldy. When we complained they Management said tough. We were moved to the NH Krystal which was a palace in comparison. We are returning to NH Krystal this year in fact. more

We went to Cayo Coco last year in September. This was the time of the hurricane Ike. It was our first trip to Cuba and despite the circumstances it was great! staff friendly,food ok,we got a bargain so we cant complain.hotel does need a revamp,the rooms,gardens ect,but was told this was due to be done in april 2009. id recommend it & would like to go back to see the new hotel. beach & sea is beautifull. more
