This was our third time at the Melia and we are planning on going back next year. It has improved every time we have gone. The number one reason we go is for the staff. Everyone is great. We had a great 2 weeks in Melia Cayo Coco. Food was Excellent and the Service was brilliant 10/10 for food and Service. The Entertainment was very repetitive but they tried hard! Ok here we go. Arrive early from Gatwick 4.30pm (Cuba Time) met at reception by Champange and dancing Room 9332 great and very clean all worked ok and Maid service brilliant. this is our 6 time to cayo Coco although we stay at the Sol Club so where excepting this hotel to be better as it was a 5 star.... more
