Official Description (provided by the hotel):: This is a beautiful recently opened in October 2011 and remodeled resort with ocean view suites from virtually every room. The suites managed by the hotel have the highest standards in cleanliness, maintenance and furnishing in the complex and offer supreme resort amenities with pool bar, lobby bar, A/C restaurant, ocean front dining, private dock, kayaking and paddle boarding.We also offer the best culinary experience in the island offering 3 choices for dining. The lobster house, our seafood restaurant with a live lobster tank, terrace sitting with ocean view or Air conditioned salon. Also, you may or lunch by the pool grill with a more afordable menu with great abience and live music on weekendes. We are a green oriented hotel and due to the lack of resources in the island we offer bi-daily housekeeping, but our front desk will gladly replace towels or sheets upon request. We also offer TVs only if previously requested, but we try to encourage our guest to enjoy Culebra beaches, hiking tours, jetski or simply enjoy the sunset with a good conversation or a bottle of champagne. Looks great from a distance, but up close it is not. The whole place looks pretty bad. It has potential as the views are great, but it's in need of some updating, repairs and paint. Stayed here for Mother's Day weekend and was not impressed at all. I stayed t this hotel in February, very nice and well kept. No TV so if you need it bring your laptop with your own wireless card. Had a great time with my family and friends. Friendly and great staff. Beautiful pool, and recreation areas. Nice place to stay for every kind of occasion. The restaurant think is called "The lobster house" have delicious food and good variety. I would recommend to anyone!!!

Very pleasant hotel, awesome room views, extra comfortable beds, great atmosphere, beautiful pool area and close to the best beaches. If you want to have a good experience in Culebra, you have to stay in See Breeze.

very nice place to stay, friendly people, great pool. The rooms are nice and the beds comfortable. The view is amazing. The lobster is awesome @ the restaurant and the bartenders will serve you great drinks. For a vacation in Culebra is just what you need

I completely agree with the other reviews. Dirty, slow, understaffed, loud at night. Our first night here we had dinner at the restaurant.
