Antechamber Bay on Kangaroo Island is a little piece of heaven here on earth. We stay in holiday rental accommodation on a working farm that is situated on rolling hills that lead you down to an isolated and pristine beach. Nothing can be finer. The Nats (and The Kona – although we have not stayed in this house) are both located on a working farm owned and run by the Gilfillan family. Together with their three daughters the Gilfillan’s are excellent hosts. They are friendly and attentive which is impressive when you consider that they are also working the farm.
The Nats, where we have stayed three times, is the oldest continuously inhabited building in South Australia. It has been sympathetically renovated to take into account modern lifestyles without reducing the real charm of this historic building.
