We stayed 1 night 18th March as we had a 7.00 am flight the next morning. Cheap and cheerful, clean and a comfy bed. Only had a snack and a beer in the restaurant come bar but it was adequate. Have stayed at Ciloms many times and I think it is great, clean, cheap, obliging and very convenient, would definately recommend it to overnight travelers. more

This was booked as the arrival time into melbourne was late. It appeared that it was the only mid priced hotel available near the airport. .In retrospect I should have stayed at one of my usuals which are the Footscray motor Inn,..you need a car for this one( 25 mins,closer to the City and industrial areas )or Tullamarine Airport Motor... more

Wasn't expecting a lot except a bed for the night but it was actually a really nice room and had everything expected ie clean sheets, tea/coffee etc, good shower, clean towels. Arrived about 10pm receptionist was great and helpful, no noise at all from planes or other guests. Good selection of channels on TV and parked right outside our room... more

I was on my way back to Canada, and needed a place to crash for a few hours. My room was around 120.00/night, so I didn't expect much. It was pretty clean, but there were little ants all around the room. Not enough to prevent me from sleeping though. Overall, a cheap place to stay, right next to the airport. more

This hotel is a disappointment. It is in bad need of refurbishment and is at best to be described as basic. It is not a good experience, especially if it is the first time you have been in Melbourne. The pick up by the bus was also very slow on pick up. Not recommended if you are looking for something... more

Stayed at Ciloms for one night in May. Very large sized rooms, all very clean and has everything you need. Ordered room service for dinner, food was ample size and quite tasty. Would defineteley stay again. more

Good 'stopover' motel. Extremely clean room and bathroom. The room was very quiet. I understand there are some refurbished rooms but ours was not. I found the hotel staff not very friendly. The shuttle bus service was excellent and handy. It did take us 1/2 an hour and several attempts to get through to the hotel by phone to book... more

Forget paying top price at Hilton and stay here for stopover between flights. The staff could not be friendlier and we had a super clean, newly decorated room, very large with two double beds and nice big bathroom (shower only) plus airport transfers - all for 125 dollars.
