We were looking for the best 'value' accomodation as close to the beach as we could. Although I would probably say that the Villas were good value, we found them a little run down. They were in need of some repairs and maintenance.
The place was also not cleaned as thoroughly as we would have liked. For example we found the grill dirty, the carpets needed steam cleaning. and most of the blinds in the unit were broken.
The houses next to us (not in the actual villa complex) were up partying, drinking and swearing until all hours on Friday and Saturday night. I used to live in Perth and this is quite common place in Scarborough.
The area of Scarborough in general is a little run down and tired, unless you are staying right on the beach.
Overall I would rate this place as average at best. Although if you are on a tight budget and require 3 bedrooms, then it os okay value. I would definately pay a little extra and stay somewhere nicer next...
