We had a wedding to attend in Kerikeri so wanted a 3night stay -our choice could not have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived (February 2012), we were very impressed with the warmth of Wendy's welcome & the cleanliness & the attention to detail evident in the room. Sleep deprivation was immediately resolved due to the quality of... More

We stayed in Treghan Cottage for 3 nights in late January 2012, having booked via the Internet. Our choice was based on the facilities provided and the central location in Keri Keri. It turned out to be an inspired choice! The accommodation was faultless-the suite well furnished and spotlessly clean and the bed more comfortable than our own at home.... More

This is a superb B & B. It is a five star, extremely clean and comfortable place to stay, with an excellent location where to base your holiday whilst touring the Bay of Islands. Hosts Wendy and Tony are extremely helpful with any needs that you may have, and Wendy really does cook and excellent breakfast with great coffee. Would... More

Again another spot on tip from TA - as others said, the house is beautiful, and in a beautiful spot. Everything is spotless, clean and extremely carefully thought through. Great hosts full of patience, passion and knowledge about the area. What reviews had not prepared me for was how great and warm Tony and Wendy would turn out to be... More

Our 2 night stay at Treghan cottage in November 2011 was excellent. Our first NZ B&B experience turned out to be one of the bests! Wendy & Tom were fabulous hosts, spoiling us with fresh breakfast and they also turned out to be excellent trip advisors. The room was very comfy and lovely with the outside patio and all the... Wendy is a terrific host and made us feel as though we were staying with old friends. Our room was beautifully appointed with all the comforts of home. Our bed really was luxuriously comfortable which was just what we needed after a day of travelling and activities. A lovely cooked breakfast was the perfect way to start another day of... More

Wendy and Tony have a beautiful home, our room was spotlessly clean, contemporary yet luxurious furnishings, modern bathroom (the whole house is only a few years old by the looks of it), lovely comfortable bed and very private. Wendy was very helpful with suggestions on places to visit (Wairere Boulders was one not to be missed), and it was interesting... More

This was our first time staying in a B&B. Wendy and Tony made us feal like part of their family. Their house is absolutly beautiful, breakfast was fantastic and coffee was superb. From working in hospitality in the past, I could not fault them at all. Thank you for making our holiday! More

We stayed at Treghan Cottage for 3 days over the new year. Each day was an absolute pleasure. Wendy and Tony were fantastic hosts. We felt like we were staying with good friends instead of a hotel. They have an abundant knowledge of local attractions and each suggestion exceeded our expectations before arriving in Kerikeri. The room was superbly comfortable... More

With only limited time up North, we decided to stay away from the main streets of Kerikeri. With no experience of a B&B before, we decided to give Treghan Cottage a go and what a find! The food was delicious, the room was spacious and warming and the bathroom was immaculate. Wendy and Tony are delightful hosts and extremely helpful... More
