I couldn't fault our stay at Kerikeri parl. Probably the cleanest Hotel I have stayed in and I travel a lot within NZ. The bathroom is huge, quite unusually so for a hotel. The bed was as comfy as it gets and the living room/kitchen area is large and well equiped. Balcony was an added bonus. Very quiet as it... More

This place is a wonderful find. Don't let the unfinished landscaping turn you away. The rooms are very new and fabulously clean. It is also very peaceful and quiet. More

Lovely motel, clean comfortable & so peaceful. Enjoyed the spa bath! Only one thing could have improved our stay, would have been either aircon or a ceiling fan. And maybe a pool sometime in the future. :) Very helpful lady temporarily managing the motel. Hope when the new owners take over, they can make into what it has the potential... More

Our trip to Kerikeri was ill-fated from the start! Our first booking with hotels.com at another motel was screwed up (note to self: ALWAYS ring the hotel in person to confirm the booking has actually gone through - the confirmation from the agency may not be worth the pixels it's printed on). Then we booked through the Jasons website at... More

From the moment we arrived, after a 4 hour car journey, we knew that we had come a motel with that certain something and it did not disappoint. Paul, mine host, was so welcoming that we all felt as though we were part of the family. He couldn't have been more helpful in telling us all about what there was... More

Very nice peaceful ciean place to stay. Good local information given on arrival. Takes a two minute drive into the shopping area or a good twenty minute walk. Took Pauls advise on where to dine. Choose The Black Olive which we both greatly enjoyed. More

The Kerikeri Park Motel is a fantastic place to stay. It is on the main road just a 5 minute drive into town yet set well back so there is no noise at all from traffic. A sweeping drive leads to the reception area where the owner Paul gave us all the information we needed plus advice on what to... More

It is a real shame that the Kerikeri Park motel is not great, as it certainly has the potential to be that. The building and rooms are very nice and new, extremely clean. However all the surrounds are in a bad state and need some urgent attention. I can see that this motel may have been someones dream, and it... More

First priority was getting the motel doors open. After this Northland had a drought for over 7 months so landscaping was postponed until planting season when weather was wetter. With the warm and moist conditions we now have, the weeds have started to grow and spraying is taking place when no rain is forecast. Landscaping and grounds maintenance is ongoing. More
