Don't be fooled by the property name, this isn't a Hampton, it's a roadside motel. This Hampton Inn reminded us of the value that we experienced with Hampton Inns 15-20 years ago. It was clean comfortable and at a reasonible price. Recently Hampton Inns have become too expensive. This one wasn't. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful at check in.

The hotel is clean and a good value. It is a walk up with exterior doors. Staff are excellent. It was very good value. I am writing since it seems I have to enter at least 200 characters. On and on, if I don't get it this time, I'm going to give up...

Not your usual Hampton Inn. More like a drive in motel in the set up. You open your door and you're standing on a sidewalk. Had to walk through the rain to get to the main building. The usual Hampton services were in place, but it was a bit disappointing to not find the usual features of a Hampton building.... More

No interior hallway. Old style "motel" outdoor room entrances. It is obvious they took the building over from another chain. One side of the hotel faces the view of the mountains in the morning. Staff was great. Room was clean. Hampton quality though out, but with old style "motel" building design.

Very clean and staff was very helpful and nice. A real diamond in the rough! Outside corridors, but all the staff from cleaning people to front desk were top notch! Made me feel like I was a special guest!!!

I've stayed at the Hampton Inn Roanoke Airport several times on my trips to Atlanta. I know I'll have a clean, comfortable room. Overnight stay near the airport, lovely staff, clean room, comfortable bed and quiet! Comp breakfast and beverages nice touch with tables and television in main lobby ... Staff very kind, bringing extra toiletries and towels if needed, and quite cheerful. A great place to stay near restaurants and the airport in the Star City of the South.
