The rooms looked clean, but were dirty. A spider almost crawled in my mother's mouth as she sleep. The bathrooms where the worse. The tub was DIRTY and the TOILET was GROSS. The bathroom need to be remodeled as the tub and toilets were rusty. The hotels smelled old and stink, like cigerette smoke and the carpets were gross too.... more

My family stayed 3 nights at this hotel when we made a trip to Kings Dominion this past week. We asked for 2 adjoining rooms, since there were 7 of us in the group. In comparison to the other hotels in the area...the rates were cheaper --- and now I know why. When we first checked in, we were told... more

Summary, this is the only hotel we have stayed at that we would never stay at again. I must also say that I feel I am likely the least critical person about this type of thing - I go to a hotel for a bed when we are away from home, only expect to be there during the sleeping hours,... more

Not a bad hotel. everything was clean and well mainted. The beds were very comfortable. staff was very friendly. The hot cooked breakfast was good different than what you at other hotels. it's like full breakfast meal not just bagels, dounts and coffee. more

This hotel is very dirty. The outside looked nice and clean, new paint in the parking lot, good lighting, etc. After 12 hours of driving we were ready for a good rest. Upon entering the room there was a very noticable smell of stale sweat. not too nice. However, we had some air freshener and figured it wasn't too bad... more

Not sure where to begin to describe the worst hotel experience ever and I have camped out with a giant ant hill a few feet away! I can handle a lot of not great situations when traveling, but this place is right out of a horror movie. In order of bad experiences: The front desk staff were rude. The room... more

My family and I took a weekend to visit Kings Dominion. I must start by saying that everyone at the hotel appeared to be nice. The problem I had was with the cleanliness of the inside restaurant and the hotel room. Although breakfast was free, we could not eat in the restaurant because the carpet was disgustingly dirty. Non of... more
