Our family of 4 was heading down I 81 and decided to stop for the night. We called around and found that the Days Inn was cheaper than the other hotels in the Salem area. This motel is located off the major interstate (I-81) in Salem, VA. It is clean and tidy, but old. The bathroom in my room was teeny-tiny, with barely enough room for a toilet and shower/tub combo. The green tile on the floor was old and needed to be replaced. The bed was comfortable. This motel is expensive. We stayed here... more
