This was my first stay at a Microtel. It was a descent budget hotel with comfy beds and a good TV channels. Its a great place to watch the planes fly in and out of the airport. Not much to recommend here. After a late night arrival we found no one at the front desk. After a 15 minute wait someone finally showed up (they were helping another guest who couldn't get their room key to work). They did not have any record of our confirmed reservation (made on Microtel's website) but fortunately had a room available.... more

Having noticed that Microtel is highly rated as a budget hotel, I found this propery disappointing. We stayed in a non-smoking room, but the bedding had burn holes and the sink was stained with over a dozen yellow marks that looked like cigarette burn marks.
