Great hotel in a super location! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were large. I was in the old part of the building and the renovations were excellent. The bar area was fun and the bartender was great. The breakfast buffet on Sunday morning was delicious and reasonable.

We revisited this hotel for the second time and found the hotel bedrooms we so clean and comfortable with lots of toiletries and very comfy beds. All in all our visit was really good at a reasonable price for such cleanliness and comfort, all staff were very good, especially reception staff who were most helpful. Well worth a visit!

This is a great, dependable place to stay in one of the quaintest historic districts in Virginia. Right next door to BlackFriars (do not miss!) and around the corner from all the restaurants & boutique shopping, this historic hotel is a tourist attraction by itself.
