Along with my wife and another couple we decided to try the Osceola Mill for dinner and a night's stay. We found this Inn and Restaurant by searching the web for fine dining and lodging near the Blue Ridge Parkway. The rooms were spotlessly clean, well decorated, and very comfortable. Dinner was just excellent. The steak was the best I have ever eaten and I am a steak connoisseur. My wife had a seafood dish that was fresh and delightfully prepared. The Daly's were our hosts. We met Kevin and Kim Daly and they really helped make the evening special. It was a pleasure to talk to them about the history of the Mill. They even walked us to the beautiful crystal clear river/stream out back. We spotted trout and could actually see the water mechanism flowing into the old historic Mill wheel. For a pleasant and very interesting atmosphere with good folks for hosts and a delightful meal, we wholeheartedly recommend the Osceola Mill Inn and Restaurant. more
