“EXCELLENT SERVICE”

I stayed at this Hampton first week in June. I was immediatly impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. First impression of the room was how fresh it smelled. “Watch the mattresses!”

We were in a room with 2 full size beds, not queen as we were told we would have. Also the mattresses were made in 2004, dirty, torn, extremely uncomfortable. “Clean, great service, good value”

Service is great. The hotel is very clean ( I'm pretty picky about that). Nice well kept pool outside. Our daughter was sleeping on the pull out sofa so we called down to the desk for more pillows and towels. They were delivered in about 5 minutes. “Comfortable stay in a very clean room”

I an accustomed to even nice hotels having an odd smell. Not this one. The rooms were nice, smelled like they should, and everything was very clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast area was clean and neat. I stayed for 3 nights and had a very good overall impression of this hotel.

“Friendly Staff”

This hotel was wonderful! The staff(Dominic in particular) was wonderful! Our refrigerator was frozen and within ten minutes we had a new one! The room itself was so roomy and comfortable! I will stay at the Hampton every time I travel!

Room Rent was 158$ including tax which I feel a little bit high for a hotel which is 10 miles away from Ocean front area, but i reserved at the last moment, so not to complain. Jennifer greeted us at the front desk with the most efficient and friendly check-in ever. The room was precisely as requested in the online reservation system. “Business in Norfolk”

Hotel Staff very helpfull. Rooms clean, internet is strong. Lobby is clean, Breakfast is good quality. Business center is easy to access and available at all times. Would reccommend this hotel for buiness or pleasure.

If staying in Virginia Beach.this hotel is about 12 miles from oceanfront.We stayed May 3 to May 7.Check in was fast. Great hotel and staff is always more than willing to help in any way that they can. I stay here several times a year for business and am never disappointed. Hotel is near interstate and is relatively easy to get to.
