The Sea Side Hotel Virginia Beach is truly a hidden gem in the center of Virginia Beach. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the front desk is always staffed, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The rooms are very lovely and spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. The rooms have tv, phone, coffee makers,... more

After searching for a week straight for the best deal in town, I finally caved and booked a kitchen suite at this hotel based on all the great review I read. I definitely cannot echo the sentiments of most that visited this hotel; I was thoroughly disappointed. I wish that I had thought to take pictures to post. The front... more

The location is GREAT I highly recommened the 3rd or 4th floors.Dont bother with the suites they are very small and not anymore romantic or beautiful as the regular rooms, if you want a great view... more

Me and mother stayed at Seaside Hotel on from August 20 thru August 23, 2009. I must say that our stay was fanstatic. We stayed on the second floor where there was a patio/deck with lounge chairs and a couple of tables which were really great if you just wanted to sit outside your room and look at the beach.... more

Traveled with 2 teenage girls. Had time for a quick weekend trip and this was the only place we could find that was less than $200 per night. Older hotel with no frills, rooms were clean, staff was friendly and it felt like a safe place. Didn't like having to go out through the front door to get to the... more

The lady at the front desk, who is also the owner, is nothing short of the devil. They messed up our reservations and booked us for the wrong dates. Therefore, when we showed up, they told us we had been a no show and would not give us a room nor refund our money. The individual who took our reservations... more

This hotel is a good bargain. Like with any hotel....there are great things about it, and there are some not-so-great things. First, I literally spent 4 whole days calling hotels and researching hotel accomodations online and didn't want to pay $250-$300 a night which seemed to be the average. This is the best deal I found. This hotel isn't somewhere... more

A group of 5 friends and I went down to VB for a short weekend getaway (2 nights) and just needed a cheap place to stay. After a lot of planning and looking around, we selected Seaside because it sounded decent enough and was a good price ($90 a night). I think I went in there with lower expectations because... more
