I dont know what this hotel was like before the renovation, but we still had some problems with our room. The entry door didnt open easily, you had to be pretty strong to push it open. I've been up and down the Viriginia Beach oceanfront is this is an average hotel. Nothing special, TV sets from 1989, and no breakfast. I won't be back. more

I stay at a LOT of Holiday Inns and the Holiday Inn Surfside on 26th Street in Virginia Beach has been by far the best. It starts with the staff there... they were all EXTREMELY accommodating and kind from the house keepers to the restaurant staff. The Front Desk was quick to resolve any issues.
