We've stayed at this hotel previously with no problems but this time we were disappointed. First, we arrived at 4:00pm, an hour past check-in time, and only 1 of our 3 rooms were ready. Stayed 10/19-21/09 and was upgraded to a suite upon check-in. All staff (reception, housekeeping, maintenance, breakfast) were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast includes bacon, sausage, gravy, biscuits and eggs in addition to the usual contintental items. A basket of apples was out daily, along with bottled water, to grab on your way out for the day! Cookies in the afternoon... more

For a budget hotel this offered excellent facilities and value for money. Received free upgrade to a suite and the free breakfast was hot and plentiful. Leisure facilities were also excellent. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. more

useful to have free access to the internet. Good breakfast included. Several restaurants nearby. Acquired a street map of Waynesboro at the Visitors Centre at Rockfish Gap which showed us where the Walmart is. more

We stayed overnight at this hotel and loved it. The staff was very helpful in so many ways. The breakfast was wonderful. We will diffently be back to visit this hotel again. Stayed one night, front desk staff very helpful to single traveler. Room was very quiet, even though hotel was full, I never heard anyone else. Breakfast was ready by 6 and was nicely prepared and presented. more

We only stayed 1 night in this hotel on a 3 week trip crossing America, but I have to say out of all the Holiday Inns we stayed in during our entire stay, this was the best! The staff are very welcoming, the room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely recommend it. more
