We had a free 2 night, 3 day stay here. We left after one night. From the time we entered the front office, it wasn't good. The lady working did not greet us - only "name please?". Thank you for taking the time to let everyone know how happy you are with our location. We really are right in the middle for everything you would come to Williamsburg to see. With the new construction of High Street complete we have even more shops, restaurants, and dinning right next door!
Enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly & helpful. Room was clean, although decor was a bit outdated. My only suggestion would be beware of the "Diplomat" coffee offered in the rooms. YUCK! Maybe they should think about upgrading the quality of the coffee. Other than that-nice place. more

This has to be the worst place I have stayed in over 30 years. Though conveniently located smack in the middle of town, this hotel is nothing compared to Motel 6 even. I was with family on an invite from Williamsburg's Plantation Resort and I've stayed in alot of motels and hotels while in service and since retirement but i can't remember one as bad as this one even motel 6'es. The electoric door locks on both the entry and rooms doors didn't work unless you tried more than a half dozen... more
All the receptionist at the front desk were very, very nice and the maintenence people were very prompt. One thing though the room that we had didnt have a microwave or fridge and there was a leak in the bathroom sink. Overall it was pretty good and I will stay there again at someone else's expense. more
