We arrived about 3pm and checked in straight away with no problems. The guy on reception was really helpful and advised us on tickets for Busch Gardens and Kings Dominion. Very frustrating that within 1hr we had to get 6 keycards to be able to get into our room...up and down 7 floors each time! The nighttime desk staff left a little something to be desired in customer service, but the daytime staff made up for it. our family reunion was a great success due to the staff at this hotel. we had a wonderful time. they were able to accommodate our every need even down to last minute requests. or rooms were clean and all together so we did not disturb other guests (becasue we can get a little rowdy!) we had no complaints at all..evrything... more

this hotel was just right for everything we needed. we were very impressed upon our arrival. the lobby was beautiful and our room was very spacious..it even had a dvd player..we were not expecting that. our housekeeper was very nice to us and spoke to us everyday, she made sure that she asked us everyday if we needed anything special.... more
