Wonderful escape to Magnolia Mannor. Bed slept better than mine at home!! Very Clean, and as a nurse that is VERY important to me. Furnishings were older...but it IS Colonial Williamsburg! Skip the afternoon cookies, they are like cardboard. Breakfast was just o.k., but for location, cleanliness, authentic feel, and comfort...I give it an A++. more

We arrived in Williamsburg and rang a rather large and splendid establishment in the town looking for a room. Sadly, as my partner has a slightly Yorkshire accent, they couldn`t tell what he was talking about !. I thought we all spoke English. Fortunately for us, we had a bed and breakfast brochure with us and rang Magnolia Manor who... more

This was our first Bed and Breakfast experience and we are sold on staying at a Bed and Breakfast versus the chain hotels. Our experience at the Magnolia Manor was extremely pleasant. Jennifer gave us the privacy that we desired but she was also available at all times if needed. The Inn was cozy, conveniently located, and they provided pastries,... more

We had a wonderful stay at this charming B&B. Scott was a very friendly, helpful host (we never saw Jennifer). The room was spotless and beautiful. The location was perfect - only 4 blocks from Colonial Williamsburg in one direction, and 1/2 mile from Anytown, USA in the other. We will definitely stay there again if and when we return... more

Let me begin by mentioning the positives: -The grounds of the home are beautiful -The common areas are meticulously maintained and beautifully appointed. -There are a wide variety of games, DVDs, etc. provided for the guests amusement. -Coffee and breakfast breads are available in the morning. -Coffee, teas, and cookies are available in the evening. Neutral items: -The hosts are... more

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at the Magnolia Manor. The Innkeeper, Scott, was friendly and helpful, and our suite was lovely and clean. We never met Scott's wife, Jennifer, but their summer employee, Sarah, was delightful. Breakfast was tasty and served in a light-filled dining room. Our bed was quite comfortable, and we loved the selection of movies... more

We just wanted to tell you what a wonderful time we had at Magnolia Manor. The hosts, Scott & Jennifer were very gracious and helpful. The place is delightful with wonderful antiques and delicious food! It really made our Valentines weekend special. It is located half a mile from the Colonial Williamsburg area. We walked that with no trouble. We... more

Magnolia Manor was a great place to stay on our honeymoon. We loved the setting in which Magnolia Manor was located. It is 5min from historical Williamsburg and 5min from every restaurant you could imagine. The owners were so nice to me and my wife. They were always there if we had questions. The room we stayed in was amazing.... more
