Dirty hotel with rooms/ bathrooms that smell. Free breakfast was nasty. Food was old and lacked any taste. Food area was also dirty . Hotel management was serious lacking the ability to make your stay comfortable. Housekeeping did not clean my room and the manger said it was my fault. Hotel right, customer wrong! more

When we left our room on the 2nd day of the stay, we noticed that it was still ajar and would not lock. It locked when we left before housekeeping had cleaned. My husband continued to try to get the lock to catch and found that there was tape on the inside of the door jam where the lock goes.... more

So many people have trashed this hotel...but I can tell you, big changes are happening. The rooms were clean and comfortable, hallways were nice. Everything needed some updating, but that is normal for any hotel chain! The pool was VERY chlorinated...the kids had to make sure to shower after every time or else it would itch or burn their skin.... more

Were planning to go somewhere else for the day ,but got cancelled decided to try new hotel. Location was good for Prime Outlets and Pottery. We were booked at this hotel by the nearby up & coming timeshare resort we were touring. Right off the bat there were problems with the room. One of the sinks was stopped up, lightbulb out over the sink, toilet backed up after just one use, & there was mold growing on the tub caulking. That night had trouble sleeping... more

Don't expect 5-star quality; but, for the price, it doesn't get any better. We were visiting Busch Gardens and Water Country. This hotel offered the best rate. We stayed for four nights. I was ready for the worse in this hotel! However, it exceeded my expectations. They are very short on staff, but staff tries to do their best. Nice clean room and all areas for that matter. Their indoor pool is well kept. It has a large clean breakfast are with limited breakfast items. more

We recently stayed July 4th weekend. One has to walk past smokers sitting on the porch to enter the hotel.(The ash trays of which are overflowing and stink.)
