We Stayed in a effec and it was very roomy with a nice balconey, the mgmt was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is OK. The cottages are cute on the outside but very outdated and old on the inside. The bathroom tile grout was white...once. If you walk across the floor in socks, they will be filthy. This is one of the nicest motels I think we've ever stayed in. When vacationing in Colonial Williamsburg these cottage are cozy and very roomy. The suite are very nice too.
